Executive summary

Ukraine TV, TV and Radio Broadcasting Co. was established on 31 March 1999.

In spite of being so young the company was one of THE FIRST! Ukrainian company that obtained RF licenses for 2500-2700 MHz MMDS bands for the biggest developing and possessing the most developed industrial and commercial infrastructure cities and regions of Ukraine: Kyiv (city area); Kharkiv and region; Dnipropetrovsk and region; Odesa and region; Donetsk and region; Zaporizhzhya and region. The total population of the above cities amounts to 11,059,000 people, i.e. 22% of the total population of Ukraine.
It is worth mentioning that our company has obtained the license for the whole 2500-2700 MHz bandwidth in the indicated regions.

The company has obtained the license for operating in the above radio frequencies:

• License No. 1840, dated 25 October 2000; issued by State General Committee for Communication and Information of Ukraine (see pages 1 2 3 4).
